The Real Estate Act Rules outline the Registrar’s authority to:
- determine whether a learner has complied with the Education Code of Conduct for Learners
- provide a prospective licensee with an opinion on their suitability for licensing before enrolling in a RECA education program
- review licence applications to assess an applicant’s character, the public interest, and the integrity of the industry
To promote transparency, educate prospective licensees, and support consumer protection, RECA publishes summary outcomes related to these processes.
